Protect the credentials
Passwords, one-time security messages and eSIM codes can control a subscription. Keep them private. A general explanation does not require your card details or an entire account statement.
Verify the route
Use the genuine provider website to find its app and support. Similar names or copied graphics do not authenticate a message. A convincing payment link should still be checked through a trusted account route.
Respond to compromise
If account access or the SIM appears to have changed unexpectedly, contact official security support promptly. We can explain general questions but cannot secure, authenticate or restore a carrier account.
